  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment's progress.

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us for assistance.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
