Preorder Policy 

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

 

• No Refunds on pre-order items. All sales are final.

• Estimated arrival dates are provided by our suppliers and are subject to change. These dates are not guaranteed.

• Jelcks is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by the supplier.

• Color variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturer changes. These are not considered defects.

• If an item is canceled by the supplier, you will be notified, but this is beyond our control.

• Refunds are issued in store credit ONLY.  No exceptions.
